Demo store notice: DriveForge is a portfolio demo built by Motiur Rahaman. No real orders are processed and no payment details are collected. This policy shows how a live store would present it.

30-day returns

You can return any unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Send us a message through the Contact page with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with return instructions within one business day.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the item, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping fees are refunded when the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Defective products

Electronics include a 1-year warranty. If a product arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, we will replace it or refund it.
