Frequently asked questions

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1 business day. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days to most US addresses.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on US orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.99.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. DriveForge ships to addresses in the 50 US states only.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Do electronics come with a warranty?
Yes. Dash cams, jump starters, tire inflators, vacuums and other electronics include a 1-year warranty against defects.
How do I know a product fits my car?
Every product page has a Compatibility section. Floor mats and sun shades also come in sizes for sedans, SUVs and trucks. If you are unsure, send us your car’s make, model and year.
Which payment methods do you accept?
This demo store accepts Cash on Delivery only, and no real orders are processed. A live store would add cards and PayPal at checkout.
How do I use the DRIVE10 discount code?
